Request Tracker (RT) is an enterprise-grade ticketing system which enables a group of people to intelligently and efficiently manage tasks, issues, and requests submitted by clients or customers.

It is powerful, flexible and built from the ground up to adapt to your organisation and needs and is used by NASA, MIT, Yale University, and Merrill Lynch amongst others.

Being an Open Source system, the Request Tracker is free and available without charge for any organisation to use.
