Our backup solutions range from simple backups of your data to a fully managed solution and disaster recovery plan.
Our online backup solutions offer encrypted automated daily backups, off-site secure storage and guaranteed fast recovery.
In general, we offer three levels of backup service:
BRONZE
Backups of your data regularly made to our backup servers in Plymouth.
In the event of a problem, Freeway Projects should be able to supply replacement servers, PC's or laptops rebuilt from backups.
SILVER
Freeway Projects will take regular backups of your data and host replacement servers which are synchronised daily.
In the event of a problem, a replacement server can be brought to your office the same day.
GOLD
This is a contracted service providing for failover servers, multiple backup locations, high availability and continuous data replication.
This service would involve drawing up contracts to provide for service level agreements.
