Kevin Bailey | Director / Head of Development

Founder of Freeway Projects, Kevin has over 15 years experience in programming and database development. He currently divides his time between programming and project management as well as running the business. Kevin also has a huge amount of knowledege and expertise in running web and email systems.

Anna Bailey | Director / Graphic Designer

Anna brings the graphics and branding expertise to our team. She is an experienced designer having worked in the industry for over 10 years. With a BA (Hons) degree in PhotoMedia and Design Communications, she is multi-skilled in both graphic design and web design and has worked for companies in the Broadcast industry and the Education sector. Earlier in her career, Anna worked as a lecturer in Graphic Design and Design Communication at Plymouth College of Art and Design, teaching Graphic Design as a specialised subject.

Ross Bearman | Developer / Project Manager

Having found a love for programming early on Ross has been working in a multitude of languages for nearly a decade and holds a BSc in Computing and Software Development. At Freeway, Ross works day-to-day as a project manager and software engineer using a range of CMSs, eCommerce platforms and frameworks.

Gemma Peter | Lead Developer

Gemma is our back-end web developer and systems administrator. She has a degree in Computing and Informatics and many years of experience of both web development and configuring Linux servers. At Freeway Projects Gemma designs and builds our bespoke software using PHP and the Zend Framework to produce dependable applications.

Michael Dodd |  Developer

Michael is our talented junior web developer who has over the  last two years gained a great deal of experience in PHP and Drupal, the content management system. He is a great all rounder and a fast learner. Michael is currently dividing his time between finishing his last year on his degree in Computer Science, and working for Freeway Projects.

Vikki Cox | Company Secretary / Administrator

Vikki looks after the administrative side of the business, handling accounts and payroll. She’s very resourceful and a key member of the team.
